Civil Engineer by the School of Civil Engineers of Madrid (Promotion 1971), he began his professional career in the field of urban planning in 1975, specializing and being a pioneer in Spain in the management of Compensation Boards of large urban development actions.

 Manager, since 1975, of the Compensation Boards of the Airport Industrial Park, in Seville; 776 hectares of rural land in the eastern sector of Seville. An important urban development of the city of Seville, for 30,000 homes and an estimated total population of 120,000 inhabitants. Its name -Polígono Aeropuerto- was later changed to Sevilla Este.

With more than 45 years of experience in the sector, he enjoys a great professional prestige that has led him to provide urban and real estate advice to large real estate companies, as well as to Public Administrations. His professional career has been recognized and he has received several awards and recognitions throughout these years.

 As founder and CEO of Grupo Marina, he has developed important and unique real estate projects, hotels, golf courses, ports, and shopping centers, with more than 700 homes, several hotels, three golf courses and xxx berths delivered, in the South of Spain and Extremadura.
