Civil Engineer. José María starts his professional career in the field of urban planning in the year 1975, specializing and being a pioneer in Spain in the management of Joint Development Associations of large urban projects. He has developed important property projects in the South of Spain and Extremadura.

With more than 15 years of experience in management, advice and urban and property promotion, Javier is specialized in the urban development of great performances by soil, in Joint Development Associations and Legal Entities of Urban Development Conservation as well as in the integral management of real estate developments.
GLORIA GEA
After an extensive experience in the property sector for more than 10 years, Gloria joined GEASYPROM in 2007. She is specialized in management and Joint Development Associations, asset analysis and Due Diligence operations. She has a degree in Law and a MBA in Tax Advice.

Alejandro has a degree in Administration and Business management. He is responsible of the financial management of developed urban and property projects, with more than 20 years of experience in the sector. VÍCTOR ALDAYTURRIAGA
Víctor has a degree in Law. Since 1999 worked as lawyer at the firm JM Consultores Jurídicos, until 2005, when he joined the property sector. He has participated in the management of large property projects such as residential complex, hotels, sports facilities and golf fields. Enrique has a wide technical experience after more than 18 years performing duties as Project and Site Manager, Health and Safety Coordinator, hiring of works, study, analysis and optimization of projects and works, economic monitoring of promotions, control and supervision of work certifications, negotiations with construction companies and subcontractors, assessments and feasibility studies of projects and follow-up reviews in after sales promotions for important developer group.
